INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awful Grace and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, and operational service providers (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.

DONATIONS
If you make a donation through the Site, you agree that all donations are voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific fundraising campaigns. Awful Grace reserves the right to use donations for its charitable purposes at its discretion, consistent with its mission.
USER CONDUCT
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used tomake the Site available.
- Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
- Engage in any activity that could constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Awful Grace. any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-
infringement. Awful Grace does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or
error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Awful Grace, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents,
representatives, licensors, or operational service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if Awful Grace has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Awful Grace to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site exceed SGD1.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Termination:
Awful Grace reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your
access to all or any part of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or no
reason, including without limitation if we believe you have breached these Terms of Use.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices
published by Awful Grace on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Awful Grace concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior and
contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Awful Grace.
